Production Technician

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician III with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining aseptic filling line equipment in a sterile, cGMP-compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate sterile solution filling lines, vial cappers, autoclaves, and dry heat ovens
• Perform in-process checks (fill weight, torque, oxygen analysis)
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot high-speed equipment
• Support cleanroom operations and aseptic processes
• Complete batch records and follow SOPs
• Train junior technicians and support new equipment validation

Requirements:

• 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• At least 2 years at a Technician II level
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills (equipment alignment/changeovers)
• Experience with cGMP, aseptic techniques, and cleanroom protocols (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and push heavy carts
• Must be cleanroom certifiable and adaptable to changing priorities
