About the job Mechanical Engineer
- Good knowledge FM contrtacts/Maintenance and high level supervision. Mechanicals skill with all types of pumps, gate barriers, hydraulic & pneumatic system. mechanical skill familiar with automatic sliding doors & industrial shutter doors.
- Electromechanical knowledge and/or electronics. Good understanding fire system along with NFPA maint standards
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer preferred
- Full maintenance exposure in a large scale facilities i.e. airport, hospital, commercial center etc.
