Business Development Associate

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate with in-depth knowledge and expertise in the POEA process to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and managing key relationships. Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the overseas employment industry, with a focus on the Philippines and the POEA process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure compliance with POEA regulations and processes.
• Provide guidance and expertise to clients regarding the entire overseas employment process, including POEA documentation, legal requirements, and recruitment procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and the latest developments in the POEA process.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our services.
• Prepare reports on business development activities and progress.

Requirements/Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Extensive experience in the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) process.
• Strong knowledge of labor and recruitment regulations in the Philippines.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
