Job Responsibilities

  • Greet the guests and present them with the menu

  • Answer the phone, using a personalized greeting and communicate with

    the guest.

  • Assist guests with their queries

  • Take bookings for the restaurant/ bar

  • Take the food and beverage orders from the guest, whilst taking all

    selling opportunities

  • Escort guests to tables and assist in seating at tables; present menus

    and handover to the waiter

  • Work as part of a team to give guests a memorable experience

  • Respond positively to guest requests, with a can do attitude

  • Maintain a good communication & relationship between restaurant and

    kitchen

Qualifications

  • Ability to work with POS touch system. Must be organized, efficient, possess good communication skills and is service minded.

  • Professionalism and Your Appearance

  • Alcohol service, safety and laws

  • Order taking and suggestive selling and promotions

  • Food service delivery

  • Service recovery

  • Bank and cash handling
