Job Responsibilities

Greet the guests and present them with the menu

Answer the phone, using a personalized greeting and communicate with
the guest.

Assist guests with their queries

Take bookings for the restaurant/ bar

Take the food and beverage orders from the guest, whilst taking all
selling opportunities

Escort guests to tables and assist in seating at tables; present menus
and handover to the waiter

Work as part of a team to give guests a memorable experience

Respond positively to guest requests, with a can do attitude

Maintain a good communication & relationship between restaurant and
kitchen
Qualifications

Ability to work with POS touch system. Must be organized, efficient, possess good communication skills and is service minded.
