As an Independent Headhunter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for our clients. This is a commission-based position with the opportunity for unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and identify potential candidates for open positions 

- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as networking, job boards, and social media, to attract top talent

- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with top-quality candidates

- Negotiate and finalize job offers with candidates on behalf of our clients

- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively identify and attract top talent

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition 

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
