About the Role:

Focus on single-plaintiff litigation, administrative charges, and attorney demand letters for diverse clients, including those with EPLI. Lead case strategy, supervise staff, and enjoy a collaborative environment without business development or billable hour pressures. Minimal travel required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters and agency proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, memos, and client communications.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Supervise junior attorneys and staff.
• Collaborate on legal strategy.
• Assist on complex employment matters (occasional).

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 7+ years of employment law and litigation experience.
• Active U.S. bar membership.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Remote work proficiency.

Preferred:

• Law firm experience.
• EPLI experience.
• California bar admission.
