Job Description:
Opportunity: Join our client as a Pharmacy Manager in a brand new pharmacy location in Easton, PA, scheduled to open on June 27th, 2025. This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with healthcare providers, deliver exceptional patient care, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Work-Life Balance:
- Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with occasional exceptions based on clinic needs
- No nights or weekends
- Closed for most federal holidays
The Role: Our client's Pharmacy Management Team seeks a compassionate, patient-centric Pharmacist to lead and expand their pharmacy presence. As Pharmacy Manager, you will be empowered to manage the pharmacy, its personnel, client relationships/clinic support, and the patient population. You will also manage the pharmacy's relationship with our health center client, engaging with clinic providers and clinical staff, providing drug-related education, and actively participating as a member of the patient care team, including attending clinical meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care, including medication counseling and support for chronic and specialty conditions. Prioritize patient health, compliance, and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop pharmacy staff (pharmacists and technicians, if applicable). Motivate, inspire, and address knowledge gaps through education and training, maximizing individual strengths.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of retail pharmacy experience.
