Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college (required).
License/Certification: Valid Physical Therapist license issued by the state of Michigan (MI).
Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in healthcare.
Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience with EMR software, tablets, and mobile phones.
Driving: Current valid driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day traveling to patient locations.
Abilities: Self-management, time management, and commitment to meeting charting deadlines.
Schedule & Travel
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Rotation: 1 weekend per month and 1 holiday per year.
Travel: Local travel to residential homes required.
