• Efficiently manage your travel time and daily schedule.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No on-call or weekend requirements!

Qualifications

Core Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Physical Therapy.

• 1+ years of professional experience in Home Health Care.

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (e.g., Practice Partner).

• Valid Driver's License and a Physical Therapy Assistant license in Illinois.
