The position allows for longer patient visits, strong relationship building, and mentorship during a planned transition. You will utilize cutting-edge integrative services—including peptide therapy, genomic testing, and regenerative medicine—to provide comprehensive, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch, personalized concierge-style internal medicine care.

• Manage complex chronic conditions, including heart failure, kidney disease, diabetes, and Alzheimer’s/cognitive health.

• Implement and monitor personalized treatment plans involving innovative integrative therapies such as peptide therapy, genomic testing, NAD therapy, and regenerative medicine.

• Transition and train alongside a retiring physician to ensure a smooth handoff of an established patient panel.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree (MD or DO).

• Valid medical license to practice in Delaware.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.

• Prior experience in a concierge-style medical practice required.
