Service Advisor (Automotive)

Salary: $3500 - $5000 (Basic salary + attractive commissions and incentives)

Job duties:
- Deliver excellent customer care, warmly welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle service needs.
- Accurately document and explain recommended services, repairs, and their benefits to customers.
- Provide transparent estimates on repair costs and timelines to ensure customer trust.
- Proactively follow up with customers to update on their vehicle status and ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Perform vehicle inspections to identify necessary maintenance or repairs
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and efficient repairs.
- Promote service and value-add offers (e.g. maintenance packages, car body care services) to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Job requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in a related course of study with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive field.
- Equivalent professional certification holders with relevant experience are welcomed too.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Able to identify and effectively solve problems
- Able to learn new tasks and skills quickly
- Flexible, friendly, helpful nature & team player

Working hours:
5.5 days
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday - 8.30am to 12.30pm
