Job details:
P&L Architecture & Methodology Design

• Design and standardise management P&L structures across business units, regions, and product lines
• Develop margin waterfalls, contribution models, and cost allocation methodologies
• Define and document revenue recognition logic and cost categorisation standards
• Ensure consistency and alignment between management reporting and statutory frameworks
• Maintain governance over methodology updates and ensure version control
  

Process Optimisation & Governance

• Redesign finance processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Implement controls around data integrity and reporting logic
• Ensure scalability of finance infrastructure to support growth
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
  

Finance and Operations Digitalisation & Systems Implementation

• Lead finance workstreams in ERP, EPM, and BI system implementations
• Automate P&L reporting and performance analytics
• Enhance data quality, master data governance, and reporting accuracy
• Develop scalable data models for real-time performance visibility
• Act as the bridge between Finance, IT, and operational stakeholders
  

Financial Performance Monitoring

• Establish structured performance monitoring frameworks that go beyond traditional budgeting
• Build profitability dashboards and analytical tools
• Identify margin leakage, cost inefficiencies, and opportunities for value-creation
• Conduct in-depth profitability analysis by product, contract, customer, and geography
• Collaborate with business leaders to turn analytical insights into actionable strategies.
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in P&L structuring and margin logic
• Strong commercial acumen with relevant experience in Palm Industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with Finance systems (ERP, BI, automation tools)
• Analytical and modelling strength
• Change management and stakeholder influence
• Able to translate technical finance into operational language
