Admin Assistant (9-month contract, 4.5 day work week)
Salary: Up to 4k
Responsibilities:
1. Shipment & Delivery Coordination
- Review and process invoices accurately and within the required timeline.
- Coordinate delivery of raw materials and receiving of finished goods
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs), manage shipping documentation and logistics coordination.
- Liaise with suppliers, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve non-conformance issues efficiently.
2. Inventory & Transaction Management
- Process inventory transactions, including goods receipts and issues, sample requests, stock adjustments, and scrapping activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all transactions are updated promptly in the system.
- Generate and compile monthly inventory reports and other operational reports.
3. Administrative Support
- Manage expense recovery and inter-company billing processes.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be able to commit till 30 April 2027 (9-month contract)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in shipping, logistics, inventory and warehousing management
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and organising skills
- Proficient in Excel and hands-on knowledge of SAP system
