Key Account Manager

Salary:

$3000 - $4000 (+ commissions)

Job scope:

• Manage and grow end-to-end relationships with assigned key accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across different channels such as hospitals, clinics, confinement centres, childcare centres, and corporate gifting or wellness programmes.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, listing fees, and shelf placement
• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store promotions, sampling activities, and seasonal campaigns
• Drive distribution and visibility for new product launches, including baby food and nutrition products
• Coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams
• Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, manage stock levels, and manage demand forecasting
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and infant food marketing guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in baby food or FMCG sectors.
• Experience in child-related products will be an advantage.
• Proven track record in managing retail chains and key accounts
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

Working hours:

Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
