Recruitment Project Executive

Basic Salary: $2500 - $3500 (subjected to work experience) + attractive commission scheme!

Job responsibilities:

• Identify and follow up new business opportunities in various sectors.
• Prepare proposals, quotation, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Research on market trends and provide market insights.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and job requirements.
• Support and manage full 360/180 recruitment lifecycle.
• Support recruitment and work pass processes, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and application assistance.
• Work closely with internal teams to support smooth execution of recruitment and business development activities.
• Participate with internal meetings and company activities.
• Handle documents and information with discretion.

Requirements:

• Keen interest in driving business growth within the HR sector.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales support, or administrative support is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and sales driven.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Singapore manpower and employment regulations is a plus.

Working hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday

Location: Hybrid
