Position Overview:
As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our company. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, as well as assisting with general office management tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to HR, Finance, and Sales
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, and reports
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Organize and maintain company files and documents
- Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, vendors, and internal staff in a timely and professional manner
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Knowledge of HR and finance processes is a plus
