Salary: Up to $2700 (Allowances provided)
Job duties:
- Assist in preparing ingredients for various dishes according to the restaurants recipes and standards.
- Support kitchen staff in cooking tasks such as grilling, frying, boiling, steaming, and stir-frying.
- Ensure the kitchen area is kept clean and organized at all times.
- Monitor and replenish kitchen ingredients and supplies when necessary.
- Handle customers special dietary requests or dish modifications under the guidance of kitchen staff or management
- Comply with all company policies and procedures related to food handling, safety, hygiene, and customer service.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Good knife skills and able to operate a wok. Candidates with teppanyaki experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ingredient preparation and cooking techniques.
- Willing to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and support team members when needed.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays based on kitchen operational needs.
Working hours:
10am - 9am / 11am - 10pm, 6 working days.
