General Construction Workers (Underground Pipes)

Job Description:

• Assist in installation and alignment of underground pipes (e.g. drainage, sewer, or utility lines)

• Support rebar (reinforcement steel) works, including tying, cutting, positioning, and securing

• Carry out basic excavation and backfilling works

• Help in formwork preparation and concrete works when required

• Operate basic hand tools and assist skilled workers (e.g. welders, bar benders, supervisors)

• Maintain site cleanliness and safety (clear debris, organize materials)

• Follow instructions from site supervisors and engineers

• Assist in lifting, loading, and moving constructionmaterials

• Ensure proper handling and placement of materials to avoid damage or safety risks

• Comply with all site safety regulations and PPE requirements

• Ensure proper disposal of rubbish and maintain clear work areas by managing waste and preventing blockages on site

Job Requirement:

• Must possess valid SEC (Skills Evaluation Certificate)
• General Construction (CoreTrade / Multi-Skilled)
• Candidates with BCA-recognized certifications will be an advantage
