Sales Coordinator

Salary: Up to $2500

Responsibilities:
- Process and manage sales orders according to customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
- Prepare quotations, delivery orders, reports, and other sales related documents
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries on products and services, and tender projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution and timely delivery of parts and service orders.
- Maintain and update accurate sales information

Requirements:
- Prior experience in similar job duties preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in work.

Work Location:
Jurong

Working hours:
Mon - Fri, 8.15am to 6pm
