Litigation Lawyer (Legal Associate)

This is a hands-on role where you will be given responsibility early, supported by clear supervision and practical training. We do not expect technical perfection. What we value is a sense of purpose, a willingness to learn, and the discipline to do the work properly.

Responsibilities:

- Managing litigation files under supervision, from commencement to resolution

- Attend court mentions, hearings, and mediations

- Drafting pleadings, affidavits, written submissions, and legal opinions

- Engage clients in a professional and responsive manner

Requirements:

- Have recently been called to the Bar or possess up to 3 years' PQE

- Demonstrate clarity in legal writing and sound practical judgment

- Are committed, responsible, and organised

- Are open to learning civil procedure through experience and training
