Salary: $4000 + commission

Job details:
Customer Consultation & Design

• Analyze the customer's head shape, face shape, hair
  condition, and lifestyle
• Provide customized design proposals before services
  such as haircuts, perms, and coloring
• Offer aftercare guidance and styling coaching following
  treatments

Hair Services

• Perform haircuts, perms, coloring, and treatments
• Select appropriate products based on hair condition and
  minimize hair damage during procedures
• Operate scalp and hair care programs

Customer Management

• Manage returning customers and build long-term client
  relationships
• Maintain service records and handle customer concerns
• Ensure high service quality to improve customer
  satisfaction

Teamwork & Salon Operations

• Participate in internal training and Jo:Hwa education
  programs
• Maintain salon service standards and brand values
• Contribution to Brand Growth
• Collaborate on SNS content and styling photo shoots
• Develop signature services and build personal portfolios

Requirements:

• Relevant professional license or certification holder
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
• 2-year contract required
• Basic English communication skills

Working Hours:
5 days a week, 9 hours per day
9.30am to 7.30pm
Training: 1 time per week 8.30am -930am

City Hall, Singapore
