Sales Coordinator

Salary: Up to $2700

Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders accurately according to customer requirements to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders, reports, and other sales-related documents to support sales operations.
• Respond promptly to enquiries on products, services, and project tenders for local and overseas customers including Greater China.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the smooth delivery of parts and service orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales information to support business tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination within industries such as oil & gas, offshore, marine, or manufacturing.
• Willingness to learn and adapt through on-the-job training.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales information
• Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply

Working Hours:
8.15am to 6pm
