- Strategic Analysis: Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competition to identify opportunities and threats. Use SWOT analysis to evaluate the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Operational Excellence: Use industrial engineering principles to improve business processes, workflows, and efficiency. Focus on reducing costs and enhancing performance across all areas.
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Gather and interpret data to support decision-making. Create financial models, forecasts, and scenarios to assess the impact of strategic decisions.
- Strategic Planning: Help develop the company's strategic plan, setting goals and action plans. Work with senior management to ensure initiatives align with organizational priorities.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects. Create plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure projects are completed successfully.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and improvement. Organize workshops and sessions to generate ideas for process enhancements.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage strategic risks. Monitor internal and external factors that could affect the company's goals.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present strategic plans and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Provide updates on the progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or industrial engineering.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and statistical tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Experience with strategic planning software and tools (e.g., Balanced Scorecard) is a big plus.
- Can start immediately if possible.
