- Market Research: Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities in the following industries: Advertising, Trading, FMCG, and Renewable Energy.
- Data Analysis: Analyze collected data using statistical and analytical tools to identify key insights and trends for each business unit. Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to internal teams and clients of each business unit.
- Consumer Insights: Develop a deep understanding of market segmentation, preferences, and behaviors to support analysis for each business unit.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and assess the activities of competitors for each business unit.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate with business units to understand their goals and objectives, providing data-driven recommendations for campaign strategies.
- Data Development: Collect data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace, and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations. Compile and analyze statistical data using current resources. Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations.
- Strategy Design: Translate actionable intelligence from the research into policy experiments or frameworks. Collaborate with business units to develop a framework for capturing learnings from data interpretation and analysis. Provide strategic recommendations for experiment design, rollout, and validation based on feedback, available resources, and other requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of market research background in qualitative and quantitative studies
- Proven experience in market research and data analysis, preferably in the advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or statistical software.
- Skilled in survey design and market research methodologies.
- Proficient in data visualization tools to present insights effectively.
- Ability to adapt to shifting market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Knowledge of advertising and marketing principles, particularly in the OOH (Out-Of-Home) advertising space.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Can start immediately if possible.
