You are the face of the IT Experience Desk. The first point of contact at a large IT company.

You are representative, decisive and you have the attitude to provide customers with excellent service.
For one of the largest clients in the Netherlands, where quality is paramount, we are looking for reinforcement for the IT Experience Desk. 

As the name implies, this service desk is intended to offer customers a total experience. 
They don't leave until their question has been answered or the problem is resolved satisfactorily. 
Hospitality is more important than extensive IT knowledge, but of course that is also a part!

You won't be satisfied until the customer is.
We offer more than just service, we call this IT Hospitality. 
That's in you, that's you!

What are among other things the work:
Processing and maintaining IT hardware for customers.
Generic software support for that hardware.
Answering general IT questions.
Streamline a total solution. You do this together with experienced IT engineers in the background.

What do we expect from you:
Good command of English in words and writings. This is our main language! Of course we expect this also for Dutch. 
Affinity with IT.
Customer and service oriented.

MBO 4 (IT or hotelschool) or simular experience
In possession of a valid VOG, you will be reimbursed by us.
Maximum travel time of 1 hour according to the ANWB route planner.
We work from Monday to Friday, depending on your shift, between 07:00 and 18:00.

IT knowledge and/or work experience.
Knowledge and work experience with customer focus.  
Driving licence.
