Location: Singapore
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Café Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver a premium, experience-driven café environment. This role will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Service Excellence
- Lead, train, and coach the store team to deliver a high-quality, experience-driven customer journey
- Ensure all brand standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed
- Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally
- Maintain all café equipment in good working condition
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are upheld at all times
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day café operations
- Ensure proper handling of cash and stock with full compliance to internal controls
- Execute in-store promotions and events to drive traffic and sales
- Implement marketing updates and maintain point-of-sale materials
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of consumables (e.g., cups, packaging, etc.)
- Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expenses
Team Leadership & Development
- Communicate effectively with the team through regular briefings and meetings
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain high performance standards
- Schedule shifts and manage manpower planning
- Oversee onboarding and continuous training (including beverage preparation and service flow)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Café Manager or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines
- Strong operational awareness and data sensitivity with analytical skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence
