Senior Account Executive
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for positioning the company as a strategic business partner and delivering measurable contributions to partner success. This individual will lead sales initiatives, drive partner development strategies, and manage key customer relationships to grow the business and ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:

Position the company as a trusted strategic partner, creating measurable value for clients long-term growth.

Develop and execute effective partner development plans that align with sales and go-to-market strategies.

Work in close collaboration with the Regional Director to expand the customer base within the assigned portfolio.

Facilitate annual business planning reviews with key partners to align on strategy and priorities.

Participate in the planning and execution of sales meetings, industry conferences, and events to promote solutions and forge strong relationships.

Proactively identify new opportunities and drive sales campaigns with limited support.

Navigate and respond to industry dynamics and commercial challenges, coordinating with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Product, Strategy) to progress opportunities.

Lead high-level negotiations, handle escalations, and manage complex discussions with top-tier clients.

Own and oversee all aspects of the partner contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and mutual accountability.

Represent the organization at industry events and forums, providing thought leadership and building a strong industry presence.

Ensure alignment of sales efforts with broader company goals and drive execution of long-term strategic plans.

Maintain strong internal collaboration across key departments and ensure accurate tracking of opportunities in CRM systems.

Provide support and coverage for fellow team members as required across global accounts.

Continually assess and refine development plans based on performance metrics and market shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.

710 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the aviation technology or airline pricing/retailing industry, particularly in the China market.

Deep understanding of market trends, regulatory environments, and industry dynamics within aviation and airline retailing.

Strong familiarity with Chinese business culture and market landscape.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (additional local dialects a plus).

Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and complex negotiations.

Skilled in contract management and sales execution.

Ability to work independently in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet business objectives.
