Assistant Store Manager - Singapore

Relocation assistance and work visa will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Store Managers in organising, planning, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals and overall store success.
  • Collaborating closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales objectives by implementing sales strategies and promotions and monitoring sales metrics.
  • Providing a high level of customer service by assisting customers, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues.
  • Ensuring that customers are properly registered on the App for effective customer segmentation.
  • Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing and supervising daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, security measures, returns, and cash handling operations.
  • Contributing to maintaining accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing replenishment orders, and managing product replenishment.
  • Organising and maintaining the store layout in line with company strategies.
  • Actively participating in staff training and assigning shifts.
  • Supporting the Store Manager in monitoring employee performance.

Job Requirements:

  • More than 3 years' experience as a store management.
  • Familiar with the luxury goods industry and understand the development of brands and fashion trends.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service and results orientated.
  • Proactive, image and detail oriented.
