Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating all store activities to ensure the smooth execution of operational tasks and the achievement of predetermined objectives, with a particular focus on retail operational standards, customer service, team management, and sales planning, possessing an excellent knowledge of all internal procedures and taking responsibility for their implementation.
- Managing the store budget by constantly monitoring sales performance, expenses, and revenues.
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve established goals and analyzing financial results and data to identify improvement opportunities, increase sales, or make necessary corrections to meet set objectives.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, driving database development, and ensuring that customers are properly registered on our App for effective customer segmentation.
- Promoting brand awareness, desirability, and excellence in retail sales.
- Effectively managing operational processes and product lifecycles, maintaining accurate inventory records, and placing timely replenishment orders.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of all product categories in the store and actively participating in seasonal purchasing decisions.
- Ensuring that Visual Merchandising strategies are faithfully executed within the store, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and procedures.
- Hiring, training, and motivating store staff.
- Assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and evaluating performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in luxury retail
- Entrepreneurial mindset - Problem solver and go-getter
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
