当社では、管理部⾨およびペイロール業務をサポートする General Administrator(総務担当) を募集しています。本ポジションは、政府関連の申請・届出、⽂書管理、クライアント対応を中⼼に担います。

*主な業務内容*

1. ペイロール業務に関する総務サポート

2. 政府関連の各種書類やコンプライアンス⽂書の作成・確認・提出

3. 契約書、給与/⼈事関連ファイル、社内⽂書の整理・管理

4. クライアントおよび社内チームとの調整・コミュニケーション

5. 外国企業の⽇本進出に伴う事業運営サポート

6. 業務プロセスの改善点を特定し、効率化・正確性向上を推進応募要件


*応募要件*

1. 総務、給与、⼈事、またはカスタマーサービス等での実務経験

2. 問題を可視化し、計画的に解決へ導けるスキル

3. 複数の業務を期限内に正確に遂⾏できる注意⼒と調整⼒

4. MS Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)の基本スキル

5. 顧客志向を持ち、円滑なコミュニケーションができる⽅

*Position Overview*

We are seeking a General Administrator to support our administrative and payroll operations.

This role will be responsible for government filings, documentation management, and client support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving, with the ability to deliver professional client service in an international business environment.


*Key Responsibilities*

1. Provide administrative support for payroll operations

2. Prepare, review, and submit government forms and compliance-related documents

3. Maintain accurate and well-organized records (contracts, HR/payroll files,

correspondence)

4. Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

5. Support foreign companies with their entry and business operations in Japan

6. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracyRequirements

*Requirements*

1. Prior experience in administration, payroll, HR, or customer service

2. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to visualize and solve problems

3. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

5. Effective communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset


*Preferred Qualifications*

1. Practical experience at General Affairs, Payroll or Human Resources

2. Business-level Chinese is advantageous

3. Native level Japanese
