Job Title: Sales Head Thailand (Dental Medical Products)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Remote)
Department: Sales
Reporting to: Regional Sales Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy for Thailand, driving market expansion and revenue growth.

  • Lead and manage the Thailand sales team, including performance management, territory planning, coaching, and capability building.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including dental labs, clinics, hospitals, and distributors.

  • Identify business opportunities through market intelligence, customer needs analysis, and competitor evaluation.

  • Drive product promotion activities including workshops, demonstrations, exhibitions, and strategic partnerships with dental professionals.

  • Forecast and manage sales performance, pipeline, KPIs, and reporting to ensure target achievement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Support product pricing strategy and commercial negotiation with major customers and distributors.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a medical-related discipline.

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the dental or medical device industry, with minimum 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.

  • Strong commercial insight, negotiation capability, and relationship-building skills.

  • Fluent in both Thai and English, able to work in a multicultural and fast-growing international environment.

  • Self-driven, strategic, and hands-on, with strong ownership and execution mindset.
