  • We are partnering with a global leader in engineered composite pipe systems that provides advanced solutions to the Oil & Gas, Water, Industrial, and Infrastructure sectors. With a strong global presence and a growing footprint in the Kingdom, we are looking to hire a Sales Manager based in Jeddah.
    This is a senior-level, field-based position focused on driving business development, managing client accounts, and growing sales in the region.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Build and manage strong relationships with existing and target customers in Riyadh and surrounding areas
    • Identify and convert new business opportunities, particularly within EPCs and project-driven environments
    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, proposals, and bids through to closing contracts
    • Conduct technical presentations and discussions to position solutions with clients
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to shape sales strategy
    • Visit project sites to strengthen customer relationships and understand product applications
    • Participate in marketing events, seminars, and trade shows to promote solutions
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical, Project, Delivery, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates on market activity
    • Ensure compliance with company QHSE policies and practices
    Qualifications & Experience
    • Saudi Nationals Only
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering
    • 5-10 years of experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within pipes, oil & gas, or related industrial sectors
    • Strong technical background with the ability to present and explain solutions effectively
    • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
    • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
