Finance Director, Morocco (DAF/ Directeur Administratif et Financier)

Our client, a leading international manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Finance Director to oversee and drive the financial management, strategy, and growth of its Moroccan operations. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of proven financial leadership experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector, with strong expertise in strategic planning, compliance, and business expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company growth and expansion objectives.

• Supervise cash flow, cost control, and investment planning to ensure financial stability and efficiency.

• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with Moroccan financial laws, tax regulations, and reporting standards.

• Lead financial audits and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

• Support potential mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring projects to drive organizational growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Finance Director (DAF) or senior finance leader in manufacturing or industrial settings.

• Strong background in financial and strategic planning.

• Deep understanding of Moroccan financial and tax regulations.

• Proven experience supporting business expansion, restructuring, or M&A activities.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
