One of our prestigious clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking an Accounts Manager specializing in Rigs - Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) to be based in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Purpose:

Develop new accounts and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and proactively identify upcoming business opportunities and fill the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies and plans to identify and pursue new accounts according to sales strategy in coordination with the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively identify needs, especially upcoming orders.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager and other departments, such as Proposals and Estimates, to develop effective strategies and solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners and attend industry events to promote the company's products and services.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager on sales performance, market trends, and account development activities.
  • Coordinate with the Proposal & Estimate team to develop competitive bids and proposals for new accounts and projects.
  • Ensure that clients receive Aftersales high-quality support and service after purchasing the company's products and services, being a reference person for client issues and coordinating with production to solve aftersales issues.

Qualification & Experience: 

  • Bachelors degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 10+ years of experience in shipbuilding industry.
  • Technical Certifications in the related field.
