Linked4HR is seeking for an experienced Business Developper to develop its Interim offering in the Gulf region. The role is based in Dubai, UAE.

Your role will be to expand our business operations and drive revenue growth in the Interim Placement market. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building strong and long-term relationships with clients, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve our business objectives. This role is commission based.

Responsibilities

1/ Identify and target potential clients in need of interim executive talent through market research, networking, and prospecting;

2/ Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, including HR departments, C-suite executives, and board members;

3/ Understand client needs, challenges, and requirements related to interim executive placements, and propose suitable solutions and services;

4/ Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure effective delivery of interim executive solutions to clients;

5/ Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives;

6/ Conduct in-depth client meetings and presentations to showcase the value proposition of interim executive placements and address client concerns;

7/ Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies;

8/ Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities in the interim executive placement sector;

9/ Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems and sales analytics tools;

10/ Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Support our growth in Interim Executive Placement. Proven experience in the Interim Executive Placement field or a similar role in the UAE market would be a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE business landscape, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
  • Strong track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
