We are looking to hire an HR Manager for our prestigious client based in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core HR functions and the ability to translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives. Please find the job specifications below.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and business needs
- Ensure HR operations run efficiently across all functional areas including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and offboarding
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals and financial targets
- Partner with the Finance Department to create and monitor HR budgets including staffing, compensation, training, and benefits
- Lead workforce planning efforts by forecasting talent needs and associated costs
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with organizational policies and financial controls
- Design and maintain compensation structures, benefits programs, and performance-based reward systems
- Manage compliance audits and HR reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
- Use HR analytics to track key metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and cost per hire to support strategic decision-making
- Act as a strategic advisor to department heads on organizational design, cost optimization, and talent development initiatives
- Lead initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and culture-building aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure seamless HRIS data management and its integration with financial and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 8 to10 years of progressive HR experience, including policy development and operations management
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR practices to business and financial outcomes
- Solid understanding of HR budgeting, compensation planning, and payroll processes
- Proficient in HRIS and ERP platforms such as SAP, Workday, or Oracle
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Arabic speaking candidates preferred.
