Planning & Supply Chain Manager (Responsible Planification/ Supply chain)

Our client, a global leader in electronics manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Planning and Supply Chain Manager to oversee production planning, inventory management, and logistics operations at their Berrechid production site. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in manufacturing environments who thrives on ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed production planning schedules.

• Coordinate all supply chain activities across purchasing, production, and logistics functions.

• Optimize inventory levels to maintain the right balance between supply and production needs.

• Monitor production performance, capacity, and delivery timelines to ensure targets are met.

• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives in planning and material flow.

• Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain seamless operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.

• Strong understanding of industrial or manufacturing processes.

• Proficient in ERP and planning systems (SAP, MRP, etc.).

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
