Estimator

We are working with a well-established mechanical contracting company in Honolulu seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. This is a full-time, in-office position offering the chance to work on diverse commercial and industrial projects across Oahu.

What you'll do:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, sheet metal, and mechanical projects

• Analyze plans, specifications, and subcontractor bids to develop competitive proposals

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accuracy and value engineering solutions

• Support preconstruction efforts and assist in building long-term client relationships

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience estimating mechanical and/or sheet metal projects

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, ductwork, and mechanical systems

• Proficient in reading plans, take-offs, and using estimating software
