A fast-growing construction management firm based in Honolulu is seeking a Project Coordinator to support large-scale commercial projects in Hawaii. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers with meetings, client communications, and contractor coordination.

  • Support pre-design and design phase tasks, including budget and schedule tracking.

  • Prepare reports and written communications for project stakeholders.

  • Review and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

  • Conduct site walkthroughs, documenting progress and ensuring quality control.

  • Coordinate and review payment requests with consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

  • 2+ years of construction or project coordination experience preferred.

  • Must have local project experience in Hawaii.
