Sales Associate

We're partnering with a growing consumer goods retailer in Bennington, VT to conduct a search for an energetic and motivated Sales Associate. Position Details:

Title: Sales Associate

Location: Bennington, VT (on-site retail role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming, no-pressure shopping environment for customers

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend solutions
• Process sales orders, schedule deliveries, and assist with financing questions
• Continuously grow product and sales knowledge through training and development
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve shared goals

Qualifications:

• High-energy, people-first mindset

• Coachable and eager to learn

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Basic computer and math skills

• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and retail holidays

• Desire for a stable work/life balance with a 40-hour workweek

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary + weekly shared commissions

• $1,150 training stipend during the first 30 days

• Full benefits package and 15 days PTO
