HSE Officer (2 Positions) – UAE

We are looking for dedicated and proactive HSE Officers to join our team and support safety operations across our construction projects in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce company Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies at construction sites
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance
• Recommend, implement, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain accurate documentation: inspection reports, incident logs, training records, permits, etc.
• Communicate safety performance and findings to management and relevant authorities
• Promote a proactive safety culture and encourage reporting of unsafe acts/conditions

Qualifications & Skills

• Construction background is mandatory
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory; additional safety certifications are an advantage
• Education: Higher Secondary + Diploma or any relevant degree
• 2–3 years of UAE experience
• Willing to relocate to Dubai (DXB) or Abu Dhabi (AUH)

Salary Range

AED 4,000 – 5,500
