Our client, a reputed engineering firm specializing in 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗱-𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, is looking to onboard a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 to lead their high-performing design team.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Lead and mentor a team of designers.
Prepare project specifications and layout plans for skid-mounted packages.
Create piping specifications in 𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘅 and manage drawing templates as per DMS and project requirements.
Coordinate with project engineers to prepare, schedule, and complete design documentation.
Conduct 3D model reviews and manage deliverables through all project stages.
Review and verify drawings and documents prepared by the team.
Collaborate with internal disciplines and external vendors, including outsourced design activities.
Ensure strict adherence to 𝗤𝗠𝗦 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀, 𝗔𝗦𝗠𝗘 𝗨 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗽, and 𝗢𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗦 standards.
Research new tools/software to enhance design automation and efficiency.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
𝗕.𝗘. 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 with a minimum of 𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of relevant experience

𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗗𝗠𝗘) with a minimum of 𝟲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of relevant experience

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲:
Proven experience in 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 of pressure vessels, storage tanks, and skid packages.
Ability to prepare and review 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 and piping layouts.
Strong working knowledge of international codes & standards.
Proficiency in:
3D design tools: 𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘅, 𝗣𝗗𝗠𝗦 (or equivalent)
2D drafting tools: 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗖𝗔𝗗, 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
𝗠𝗦 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with 𝗦𝗔𝗣 (Preferred)
Strong understanding of material properties, manufacturing processes, and design methods.
Excellent organizational and team leadership skills.
