A leading engineering firm in 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶 is seeking a dynamic 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 to spearhead the execution of high-value Oil & Gas modular package projects. This role is critical for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in full compliance with international standards.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

𝗘𝗻𝗱-𝘁𝗼-𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Lead projects from pre-bid proposals to final delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet contract specifications.

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Develop and review design bases, P&IDs, equipment sizing, and process design calculations for skid-mounted packages.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and sub-vendors, facilitating smooth interdepartmental communication.

𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹: Track project progress, manage risks/opportunities, and handle change management processes.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Prepare technical evaluations for sub-vendor offers and provide recommendations to the procurement team.

𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: * 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿: 8+ years of relevant experience.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿: 4+ years of relevant experience.

𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲: 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically with chemical dosing, water treatment, or modular packages.

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲: Proficiency in international codes (ASME, API, IEC) and familiarity with SIL, HAZOP, and hazardous area classifications.

𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲: Proficiency in MS Project, SAP, and Office 365; Primavera knowledge is a plus.
