We are looking for a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to join our team on a major oil and gas project. Candidates with prior ADNOC approval will be given preference. The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure full compliance with ADNOC and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Enforce and monitor compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and ADNOC standards

Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety audits on-site

Participate in incident investigations and prepare detailed reports

Ensure permit-to-work (PTW) system compliance, especially for high-risk activities

Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to site personnel

Liaise with ADNOC representatives and support audits or inspections

Maintain proper documentation and reports as per ADNOC and project requirements

Requirements:

NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory)

Minimum 35 years of HSE experience in the oil & gas industry

Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, codes of practice, and project procedures

Familiarity with construction safety, confined space, work-at-height, and hazardous material handling

Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English

Previous ADNOC approval as HSE Officer

Additional certifications: IOSH, OSHA, First Aid, Fire Warden, H2S Awareness
