𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗔𝗘

We are seeking an experienced 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 to join a well‑established contracting company known for delivering high‑quality civil engineering projects across the UAE.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project

Prepare baseline programs, WBS, and resource-loaded schedules

Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly

Identify critical path activities and potential delays

Conduct delay analysis and support EOT preparation

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports

Track manpower, materials, and equipment usage

Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors

Assist in risk analysis and mitigation planning

Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project milestones

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

5–6 years of UAE experience (mandatory)

Strong background in construction planning; waterproofing system knowledge is an advantage

Proficiency in English and Arabic (written & spoken)

Willing to relocate to Dubai
