WHAT YOU BRING:
Qualifications:
Matric / NQF4 or higher
FAIS credits or full insurance qualification (based on your DOFA date)
Completed RE5
Own vehicle and valid Code B driver's licence
Experience:
2+ years in commercial insurance
2+ years in face-to-face B2B sales
A track record of self-sourcing and converting your own new business
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Hunt, pitch and close new commercial clients across your region
- Deliver consistently against new business targets
- Build lasting client relationships that result in a low lapse rate and long-term portfolio growth
- Assess new business risk and ensure your portfolio remains commercially sound
- Show up prepared, every client appointment counts
