Basic Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in the Real Estate Sector as a full-status agent.
• NQF 4 real estate qualification (required).
• Energetic, goal-driven, and a true peoples person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and tracking the sales performance of all  branch agents.
• Recruiting talented sales agents to expand their team.
• Providing ongoing mentoring and training to nurture a high-performing sales team.
• Compiling and reporting monthly sales figures to leadership.
• Ensuring the well-being and effective management of agents across the branch.
