Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and generate leads for the company's coffee products. Key duties include managing content, social media campaigns, and search engine optimization (SEO), while analyzing performance data to improve strategy and support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Create compelling content for various platforms to promote Senas coffee products and engage target audiences, such as roaster-retailers and consumers.
Manage all company social media accounts and implement strategies for audience growth and engagement.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand positioning and market penetration.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and support lead generation and conversion.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the company's strategies remain effective.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, content creation, social media management, and analytics.
Experience within the agribusiness, coffee processing company, or export sectors is an advantage.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and CRM software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
