Job Purpose

The Cleaner will ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment for staff and customers by maintaining vehicles, service bays, showrooms, offices, restrooms, and outdoor areas. Handles waste management, supply restocking, and equipment care while supporting a welcoming workplace

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Cleaning: Wash, wax, vacuum, and detail vehicles post-service or for display; remove debris and clean mats.

Facility Cleaning: Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize service areas, showrooms, offices, restrooms, and breakrooms; clean windows and glass surfaces.

Waste & Supply Management: Empty trash, maintain indoor/outdoor bins, and restock cleaning supplies, restrooms, and coffee stations.

Equipment Care: Clean and maintain shop trucks, forklifts, and powered equipment.

Grounds Maintenance: Sweep sidewalks, remove debris, and perform minor outdoor upkeep.

Safety & Maintenance: Follow chemical safety protocols, report needed repairs, and support a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills Required

A Minimum of a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE Certificate) required

Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and equipment.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.

Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
