Job Purpose

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who is comfortable with B2B sales, client relationship management, and market penetration. The successful candidate will work closely with the operations team to align business development efforts with service delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Market Expansion (40%)

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to penetrate and consolidate market share in core industries (IT & Fintech, Telecom, Finance & Banking, Medical, Hospitality, Energy, and Logistics).
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that align with the companys growth objectives.
  • Lead efforts to introduce LITARMs service offerings to potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Drive revenue growth by successfully converting leads into long-term business relationships.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation (40%)

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking progress through CRM tools.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and potential areas for growth.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service level agreement (SLA) development to close deals.

3. Client Relationship Management & Retention (20%)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored outsourcing solutions.
  • Develop strategies for customer retention, ensuring high client satisfaction and continued engagement.
  • Address client concerns proactively, ensuring seamless service delivery in collaboration with the operations team.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in outsourcing, HR consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of securing and managing business deals with corporate clients.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, set goals, and execute business development initiatives effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn prospecting, and market research tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a go-getter attitude, ready to take on the challenge of driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
